ENGAGEMENT.
The governing terms and contractual frameworks defining AMMLAN's digital architecture, engineering deliverables, and IP transfer.
1. Master Scope & Milestone Governance
All custom engineering engagements adhere strictly to our five-stage methodology: Discover, Strategize, Engineer, Deploy, and Optimize. Specifications, performance targets, and milestone release schedules are mutually agreed upon in writing prior to sprint execution.
2. Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon settlement of milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, procedural 3D models, custom GLSL shaders, design systems, and data pipelines become the exclusive intellectual property of the commissioning client.
3. Warranty & Performance Standards
AMMLAN warrants that all delivered web flagships satisfy target Core Web Vitals thresholds and run without unhandled runtime exceptions on modern certified hardware and browsers.
